So there you are. It’s a beautiful day to fly, and your friend invites you to go up and go sightseeing for a bit. You got a nice VFR flight following, VMC as far as the eye can see (which it is clearly not in this video, by the way). What a joy! Suddenly, something goes terribly wrong. Well, we’ve all had our fair share of pranks and jokes, but even I admit that I do have a limit when it comes to comedy (well, ok maybe not). But, the point is, many would probably say this pilot in the video crossed the line. He didn’t even advise the center prior to his altitude change. You be the judge.
