Anyone ever have a stuck mic on frequency? Well, of course. It seems to be part of the job. But have you ever had a stuck mic, blame every aircraft you are working, and then find out it is actually your microphone? Here’s a nice example of that very scenario from Chicago Center. The controller has some pretty good words for who ever has this stuck mic…I suppose at some point, he finds out it is himself!
